Warranty

All pens come with a 12-month limited warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship and is valid for one year from the date you received the pen. It's my commitment to provide you with a high-quality product.

The warranty does not cover damages from misuse, excessive pressure on the ink nib, or accidental damage such as drops or bites. With proper care, your pen should serve you well for a long time. Please note that regular ink depletion is not covered under the warranty.

If your pen does suffer accidental damage, I offer repairs at a minimal cost.

Taking care of fountain pens and rollerballs ensures they function well and last long. Here are some precautions for both:

Fountain Pens

  1. Cleaning and Maintenance:

    • Regularly clean the pen to prevent ink build-up and clogs. For daily use, cleaning once a month is a good practice.

    • Use lukewarm water for cleaning; avoid using hot water as it can damage the pen components.

  2. Ink:

    • Use high-quality fountain pen ink. Cheap or improper ink can cause clogs and damage the pen.

    • Avoid mixing different inks in the same pen to prevent chemical reactions that might clog the pen.

  3. Storage:

    • Store the pen with the nib facing up to prevent ink leakage.

    • Keep the pen capped when not in use to prevent the nib from drying out.

    • Avoid exposing the pen to extreme temperatures (both hot and cold).

  4. Handling:

    • Handle the pen gently to avoid damaging the nib.

    • Do not press too hard while writing, as it can bend or damage the nib.

Rollerballs

  1. Cleaning:

    • Wipe the tip with a soft cloth if there is ink build-up. Rollerballs generally require less cleaning than fountain pens.

  2. Ink Refills:

    • Use high-quality refills to ensure smoothness and optimal performance.

  3. Storage:

    • Store with the cap on to prevent the ink from drying out.

    • Keep the pen in a cool, dry place to avoid affecting the ink consistency.

  4. Handling:

    • Avoid dropping the pen, as the impact can damage the rollerball mechanism.

    • Use the pen regularly to keep the ink flowing smoothly and to prevent the tip from drying out.

By following these precautions, you can maintain the performance and longevity of your fountain pens and rollerballs.
