I truly hope you love your new pen and that it becomes a cherished part of your daily life. However, I completely understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you need to return an item, please handle it with care until it gets back to me. Kindly note that you’ll be responsible for the return postage costs. If you ordered the wrong item by mistake, the return postage will also be at your expense.

Once I receive your cancellation notice and the returned item, I’ll process your refund within 5 days, as long as the item is in a condition suitable for resale.
Please note: Depending on the level of customization, custom or personalized orders may not be eligible for returns.
Warranty
Every pen comes with a 12-month limited warranty, covering defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty is valid for one year from the date you receive your pen, ensuring that you receive a high-quality product you can rely on.
The warranty doesn’t cover damage from misuse, applying excessive pressure on the nib, or accidents like drops or bites. With proper care, your pen will last for years to come! (Regular ink depletion isn’t covered, but that just means you’re enjoying your pen!)
If your pen does suffer accidental damage, I offer repairs at a minimal cost to get it back to its best.

Caring for Your Pen
A little care goes a long way in keeping your fountain pens and rollerballs in top condition. Here are some simple tips:
Fountain Pens
Cleaning & Maintenance:
-
Clean your pen regularly to prevent ink build-up—monthly cleaning is a great habit for daily use.
-
Use lukewarm water for cleaning (not hot, as it can damage components).
Ink Tips:
-
Stick to high-quality fountain pen ink—cheap ink can clog or damage the pen.
-
Avoid mixing inks in the same pen to prevent chemical reactions.
Storage:
-
Store the pen with the nib facing up to avoid leaks.
-
Keep it capped when not in use to prevent drying out.
-
Protect it from extreme heat or cold.
Handling:
-
Write gently—no heavy pressure on the nib!
-
Handle the pen with care to avoid bending or damaging the nib.
Rollerballs
Cleaning:
-
Occasionally wipe the tip with a soft cloth if there’s any ink build-up.
Ink Refills:
-
Use high-quality refills for smooth writing and consistent performance.
Storage:
-
Always cap the pen to keep the ink from drying out.
-
Store in a cool, dry place to maintain ink quality.
Handling:
-
Avoid dropping your pen to protect the rollerball mechanism.
-
Use it regularly to keep the ink flowing smoothly.
