Postage

Each pen is sent in an air-bubble padded envelope and comes with a velvet sleeve for both protection and presentation, although high-quality pouches and boxes can be purchased separately.

UK / Domestic

Orders from within the UK will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 service; this normally takes 1-2 working days. The cost of this is £4.30 - yes I know. it keeps going up..!

International

Shipping around the world is done via Royal Mails International's Signed and tracked service. Usually, it takes between 5 and 12 working days. This service includes insurance and full tracking for peace of mind. Your order will require a signature on delivery. The cost of this is £6.99

Lost & Missing Items

In spite of my efforts, there can sometimes be unforeseen delays in delivery. If your order appears to be late, it may be worthwhile contacting your local postal sorting office, as it is possible they may already have tried to deliver your parcel but were unable to do so. 

 

If you do not receive your goods (s) after 10 days, please use the 'Feedback' page, and I will make further enquiries with the carrier. A full refund at this stage would be offered, including any delivery charges that had been made via the original method of payment.
